The IP Recovery System

Discovery

We identify suspected infringement across search engines, piracy sites, indexing platforms, and other online sources where unauthorized copies may appear.

This stage focuses on finding actionable leads, including streaming pages, download links, aggregator pages, and search results tied to protected content.

Verification

Not every result is actionable. IPS reviews suspected infringement to confirm that the content appears to involve the client’s protected IP and is not an obvious legitimate, licensed, or irrelevant result.

This helps reduce wasted enforcement activity and ensures that action is based on reviewed findings.

Enforcement

Once infringement is verified, IPS prepares and submits takedown notices, platform reports, or other enforcement requests through the appropriate channels.

The focus is on clear, accurate, properly documented enforcement activity.

Tracking

After submission, IPS tracks enforcement status, monitors unresolved items, and follows up where appropriate.

This stage helps identify repeat issues, non-responsive platforms, recurring sources, and links that may require additional attention.

Reporting

Clients receive clear summaries of enforcement activity, results, and notable patterns.

Reports are designed to provide visibility without overwhelming clients with unnecessary noise.

Ongoing Protection

Online infringement changes constantly. New links appear, removed content can resurface, and piracy networks often shift locations or domains.

That is why IPS focuses on ongoing protection rather than one-time cleanup alone. The goal is to provide a consistent enforcement process that helps clients maintain better visibility and control over their intellectual property.
